Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. All tags must be intact. The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered return parcels.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at jesuiscocoo@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide the return address and further instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receipt. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

In accordance with our return policy, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns made after this period cannot be accepted.

 

 

Rejected Returns

If a returned item does not meet the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy (e.g. it has been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without its original tags), the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

The customer will be notified of the rejection by email and may request the return of the item at their own expense within 14 days of our notification.

If we do not receive a response or payment for the return shipping within 14 days after notification, we reserve the right to dispose of the item due to hygiene and storage reasons.
